Bloom Surgical is the software brand of NYC Nassau Physician Services PLLC and develops educational and workflow-support apps, including Baby AI, ShapeShift: Aesthetic Architect, ScopeBridge, ShapeShift: Metabolic Architect, and ShapeShift Bariatric Pathway Navigator.
Baby AI: Current Development Version
Baby AI works offline and does not require an account. Your learning progress, questions, notes, appointment details, settings, and optional fictional parenting journey are saved on your iPhone. This version has no live AI connection, advertising tools, or analytics service. It does not automatically upload your app data to Bloom Surgical or an AI provider. Device backups may include this data.
Your paired Apple Watch can receive learning progress, the next lesson, appointment time, and the fictional journey's nickname and age. Private questions and notes are not sent to the Watch. Reminders are optional and require your permission. They do not include your private notes.
Use Settings > Erase all app data to clear the saved app state and reminders. A reset is sent to the paired Watch when it can connect; an offline Watch may keep its last snapshot until then. Copies you export, share, or keep in device backups must be managed separately. Opening a source link takes you to that website and its privacy practices.
The Baby AI video on this website is a scripted concept preview. It does not accept questions or send them to an AI service. If a future app version adds online AI features, their data use and privacy terms will be explained before use.
Information We Collect
Our apps are designed to minimize personal data collection. Bloom Surgical does not sell personal information, use cross-app tracking, or operate an advertising profile for ShapeShift: Aesthetic Architect.
ShapeShift: Aesthetic Architect stores consultation answers, selected procedure topics, questions, readiness checks, and learning progress locally on your device. The first public release does not require an account and does not automatically send this information to Bloom Surgical.
Health and Media Content
ShapeShift: Aesthetic Architect can use a photo you select to display a local educational scar overlay. The selected photo is held in the app session and is not added to a Bloom Surgical photo library, account, or server. The app's Consultation Pack leaves out personal photos.
The first public release does not upload personal photos for AI rendering. If a future version adds optional remote rendering, the app and this policy will identify the service, purpose, retention and deletion terms, and required consent before that feature is used.
Some Bloom Surgical apps may allow educational images, videos, simulation results, pathway notes, or procedure-related media to be created or reviewed. Do not send protected health information through support email. Professional or institutional users are responsible for obtaining any authorization, consent, and approval required for their use.
ScopeBridge concepts are intended for education, simulation, and demonstration unless a specific clinical use has been validated and cleared through the appropriate regulatory process.
How Information Is Used
Information stored inside an app is used to provide the app experience, such as displaying educational content, saving settings, preparing summaries, or allowing user-controlled sharing.
Bloom Surgical does not use personal photos, health-related answers, notes, or exports for advertising, marketing profiles, or data mining.
Exporting and Sharing
If you choose to export, share, email, save, copy, or import content, Apple system tools and the destination you select process that content. A copy may remain in the destination according to its own privacy and deletion practices. You control whether to begin these actions.
Third-Party Services
Apple platform features, such as iCloud, Mail, Files, Photos, and Share Sheet destinations, may process information when you choose to use those features. Those services are governed by their own privacy practices.
The first public release of ShapeShift: Aesthetic Architect does not include third-party advertising, tracking, analytics, account, or AI photo-processing services. If a future version adds an optional account, cloud, analytics, or AI-assisted feature, the app will identify that feature and any related privacy terms before use.
Retention, Deletion, and Your Choices
Saved ShapeShift: Aesthetic Architect consultation answers, plans, questions, readiness checks, and learning progress remain on your device until you use the in-app Delete Saved App Data control or uninstall the app. Session photos leave app memory when the related view is released or the app closes.
A Consultation Pack is created temporarily on your device for a sharing action. Copies you save or send remain wherever you place them until you delete them there. You can withdraw from optional photo use by removing a selected photo, leaving the Studio, or choosing not to share or export.
For help deleting app data or for a privacy request, contact us at the address below. Because the first release has no Bloom Surgical account or automatic upload, Bloom Surgical generally does not possess the app data stored only on your device.
Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13. The apps are intended for adults, clinicians, educators, trainees, or patients using the tools with appropriate guidance.
